Le paysage politique du Chili est en train de changer: la socialiste Michelle Bachelet vient d'entamer son seconde mandat, avec un nombre record de députés indépendants. Le bipartisme a fonctionné pendant 20 ans, mais le modèle semble avoir atteint ses limites.
